Deleah is a certified birth & postpartum doula, newborn care specialist, and pediatric sleep coach who has been serving families since 2014. Her specialty is in helping families with babies get sleep! She uses her extensive knowledge, training, and experience to provide sleep shaping for babies to help the whole family thrive and feel rested.

Deleah loves supporting parents of infants and helping them feel confident as they learn to navigate and understand their baby’s needs.  Her sense of humor and calm, reassuring presence comforts the parents she supports and helps them feel at ease.

Deleah was born and raised in western North Carolina where she still resides. She found her passion for supporting families organically through taking care of her younger sister and nieces and nephews as they grew up. Since becoming a postpartum doula and sleep specialist, Deleah has traveled all over the US to work with clients, supporting their goals in helping their babies and toddlers learn to sleep independently. In her downtime, Deleah is usually listening to a true crime podcast, watching Netflix, or relaxing with her pets.

Qualifications & Experience

Deleah is a certified Birth & Postpartum Doula as well as a Pediatric Sleep Consultant and Placenta Encapsulator. Deleah has experience with newborns through toddlers, singletons and multiples, and specialized in developmentally appropriate sleep shaping and interventions for infants and toddlers.
