Happiest Baby on the Block
Ever wish babies came with instruction manuals? This class is for you!
Expectant parents, parents, grandparents, or other caregivers will learn from our Certified Happiest Baby Educator how to soothe babies during their first few months.
Participants will learn a technique for calming even the fussiest of babies, helping them sleep longer. Yes, really! You will learn about what Dr. Harvey Karp, MD, FAAP calls “the Missing 4th Trimester” and “the Calming Reflex”. You will learn how to correctly perform Dr. Karp’s “5 S’s”, triggering your baby’s calming reflex, resulting in less crying and more sleeping.
This class is designed for expectant parents, parents of newborns, grandparents, nannies, and other caregivers. If you're looking to polish your "baby whispering" skills, you're in the right place!
Infants-in-arms* welcome but not required.
Participants will also receive their own Happiest Baby Digital Parent Kit. (a $40 value)
The Parent Kit includes streaming video of The Happiest Baby on the Block and an mp3 download of the Happiest Baby "Super-Soothing" Sleep Sounds. The Kit provides valuable refresher information and visual guidelines that can help you as you implement what you learned and practiced in class with your own baby at home. You may also share what you've learned with family members, friends, and other caregivers.
